ISLAMABAD: A separate region for International Police Association (IPA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been approved in an annual general meeting of National Council of IPA Pakistan section.

A press release issued here on Monday said agenda of the meeting was discussed and the National Council approved amendments in the IPA constitution.

Moreover, a separate region for IPA KP has been approved. Their Regional Executive Committee will be announced within stipulated time period, it added.

Code of conduct to attend international conferences was also discussed and approved. The participants of IPA Conference being held in Spain in October this year, will be having some orientation before leaving for the meeting. Participation of 30 members of Kuwait police as foreign associated members was highly appreciated.

This is the first time that IPA Pakistan organised this event.

The Annual General meeting of National Council of International Police Association Pakistan Section was held under the chairmanship of Ex IGP and former Tax Ombudsman Dr Shoaib Suddle.
