“I have been saying from day one that Imran’s government will do some conspiracy against the country,” he said.

Khursheed Shah claimed that intellectuals and scholars had been saying that Imran Khan was planted into the country’s politics. He said that the PTI government borrowed Rs22,000 billion during its three and a half years of rule.

Construction work on the Mohmand Dam project started in May 2019. It is being built on Swat River about five kilometres upstream of Munda Headworks in Mohmand tribal district. Construction work is continuing at 14 different sites of the project.

The federal minister said that the Wapda was determined to complete Mohmand Dam by mid-2026. He said the multipurpose dam project would contribute towards water, food and energy security of Pakistan.
