Solid start by Multan

LAHORE, Nov 27: Half-centuries by Azhar Shafiq, Kamran Hussain and Saeed Anwar Jr enabled Multan to reach 262-8 against Faisalabad on the first day of the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Gold League fixture at Multan Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Kamran scored 66 with nine boundaries, Azhar hit 65 with the help of seven fours and opener Saeed made 50 with eight fours.
