Drap allows sale of at-home Covid testing kits

The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan has allowed the sale of at-home Covid-19 testing kits in the country.

In this regard, the regulatory authority issued a notification, stating that self-testing is one of the strategies to reduce the chances of Covid-19 transmission.

"Therefore, the sale of such OTC (over-the-counter) testing devices is allowed at pharmacies/ medical stores," it added.
