Ladies Club case: SHC issues notices

HYDERABAD, Nov 25: The Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, on Thursday issued notices to the Evacuee Trust Property Board chairman, Karachi administrator of the ETP, deputy administrator of the ETP, market police station SHO and general secretary of the Ladies Club on an application submitted by revenue EDO (rtd) Abdul Sattar Jatoo to become an intervener in the matter.

Mr Jatoo prayed before the court to allow the revenue department, EDO, district officer, deputy district officer and Mukhtiarkar of city revenue to become interveners in the constitutional petition filed by the Ladies Club’s general secretary.

The court had already given the date of December 1 to hear the case of the general secretary.
