RAWALPINDI: Snow and rain is expected in Murree in the current week which is why travellers should remain in touch with control rooms set up in the offices of deputy commissioner Rawalpindi (051-9292963) and assistant commissioner Murree (051-9269014-16).

This was said in a statement issued by the Punjab Disaster Management Authority (PDMA).

In view of these conditions, the administration will take all possible steps for protection of the citizens, therefore, cooperation with the city administration is required, it added.
