HYDERABAD: Obituary

HYDERABAD, Nov 21: Well-known academician, columnist and author, Professor Kafeel Khanzada died here on Monday. He was 63. He leaves behind a widow, six sons and three daughters. According to his son and neuro physician Dr Sohail Khanzada after suffering cardiac arrest Mr Khanzada was taken to hospital on Saturday night where he was kept in intensive care unit as his condition deteriorated.

He had worked on various posts in education department and started contributing to different regional and national papers.

He got associated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement in 1984 and was named as in-charge of the graduate forum.—BoC
