LAHORE, Nov 18: Punjab local government secretary Naguibullah Malik was made additional chief secretary here on Friday. He would continue to hold the additional charge of the local government department till further orders. Former ACS Khushnood Akhtar Lashari was posted as Board of Revenue member.
