QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo on Saturday said that creating jobs, solving problems and providing maximum facilities to people were among his top priorities as he had joined the government with the aim of providing more and more facilities to the public.

He said this while speaking to reporters after reaching Hub, the industrial town of Balochistan.

He said that the Hub Development Authority would be set up to build a network of development projects in the area.

Mr Bizenjo said a grant of Rs80 million would be provided for the rehabilitation of infrastructure of the Lasbela Industrial Estate Development Authority, which would promote industry in Hub.

Promises more and more facilities to people

The CM said he had talked to Prime Minister Imran Khan about providing employment opportunities to the people of Balochistan, adding that barter trade would be started soon to achieve the objective.

This would bring prosperity to the province and provide ample employment opportunities to the people.

He said there was no place for terrorists in the province. But, he added, “we are ready to talk to them at all levels to bring the angry Baloch into the national mainstream. We invite them to come and work alongside us for the development of Balochistan and the well-being of its people”.

Earlier, the chief minister met industrialists of Hub during the recent LIEDA conference and listened to their concerns. On the occasion, he said the government was taking all possible steps to provide better environment and facilities to industrialists.
