Sindh has reported 163 coronavirus cases and four deaths over the past 24 hours, according to a statement issued by the Chief Minister's Office.
According to the statement, 4,323 tests were conducted during this period and 212 patients recovered from Covid-19 in the province.
The province's infection tally now stands at 461,587 and death toll has climbed to 7,484.
