FAISALABAD: Three boys were arrested on charges of sexually harassing five girls at gunpoint at a public park in Samanabad on Monday.

Submitting an application, ‘Gh’ of Sitara Colony said his daughter, a class-X student, along with other girls had gone to Dukkan Park for a walk where three boys - ‘Ab’, ‘As’ and ‘N’ had allegedly started harassing them.

He said all the girls left the park and were drinking water at a plant where the suspects also turned up and allegedly started ‘immoral’ acts.

Two of the suspects also pulled out their pistols and threatened to kill them if the girls would not give their mobile numbers, he said adding the girls raised an alarm and rushed from the place but the suspects kept chasing them.

“Following call of my daughter, I along with my son reached the spot and after listening to their issue informed the police,” the complainant said.

Police have registered a case against the suspects under different sections of the PPC.
