KARACHI: Health secy visits CHK

KARACHI, Nov 6: Sindh Health Secretary Prof Noshad Shaikh on Sunday visited the civil hospital to inquire about the wellbeing of the quake victims brought to the hospital from different areas of the country.

A CHK spokesman said that Prof Shaikh also distributed sweets and ‘Eidi’ among the patients.

Medical Superintendent of the CHK, Dr Kaleem Butt told Dawn that 20 patients were under treatment in the orthopaedic ward and two in surgical ward whereas another six had been discharged after treatment.
