KARACHI, Nov 1: The following were Tuesday’s commodity market rates in rupees.

Oilseeds

RAPESEED (per 40 kg): Dadulane 650 to 675; Mirpurlane 730 to 739; Nawabshah 770 to 790; Castorseed (Punjab) 725 to 775.

EDIBLE OILS (per 40 kg): Coconut oil 3,600 to 4,000; Rapeseed and Mustard oil 2,050 to 2,200; Ghee Vanaspati (per 16 kg) 800 to 900.

OIL SEED CAKES (per 50 kg) with bag: Cottonseed 435 to 445; Rapeseed and Mustard (40 kg) 310 to 313.

Cereals

Jowar (per 100 kg): 1,000 to 1,200; Maize 825 to 875.

BARLEY (per 100 kg): (Sindh) 1,300 to 1310; Wheat Mexi Pak 1,120 to 1,140; Bajra 1,600 to 1,650; Maida (80 kg) 1,100 to 1,160; Suji 1,160 to 1,120; Atta 1,000 to 1,040.

RICE (per 100 kg): Basmati Whole 3,500 to 4,200; Saila 2,200 to 2,800; Basmati broken 1,500 to 1,800; Basmati super 3,400 to 4,000; Irri-9 Punjab NA; Irri-6 Sindh 1,400 to 1,460; Irri-9 Sindh 1,550 to 1,600.

Pulses

WHOLE (per 100 kg): Mash imported 2,750 to 3,250; Masoor imported 3,000 to 3,600; Moong (Punjab) 3,000 to 3,125; Moong (Sindh) 2,225 to 2,525; Gram Yellow 1,485 to 1,525; Gram imported 2,100 to 2,400; Gram white Kabli 3,600 to 4,200; Gram Black 2,100 to 2,000 Arhar 2,650 to 2,850.

WASHED (per 40 kg): Maash 1,400 to 1,500; Moong 1,440 to 1,520; Masoor 1,480 to 1,560; Arhar 1,400 to 1,600; Gram (100 kg) 2,300 to 2,600.

SUGAR (per 40 kg): Sugar refined 1,048 to 1,064; Khandari 1,150 to 1,250; Gur 1,180 to 1,220.

Spices

WHOLE (per 40 kg): Chillies dandicut 1,500 to 1,700; Cumminseed white 3,400 to 4,400; Cumminseed black 5,500 to 6,500; Ajwan 1,400 to 1,450; Turmeric Gantha 2,200 to 2,800; Turmeric Lambi 2,000 to 2,200; Corianderseed (No I) 1,800 to 2,200. Poultry

EGGS: Rs1,150 to Rs1,155 per crate of 30 dozens, Broiler (Live): Rs74 per kilo; Culled Bird (Live): Rs46 per kilo.

The following are the maximum retail rates for Wednesday:
