KARACHI: Admission date extended

KARACHI, Oct 31: The Department of Computer Science, University of Karachi, has extended the last date of admission for MCS, PGD and BS (CS/SE) programmes. The department’s Chairman, Dr Nasir Touheed, in a statement on Monday, said that prospective candidates, unable to submit their forms before, could now submit them till Nov 2 during banking hours.

They can also submit their forms the same day at the Department of Computer Science from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

It was further announced that admission test for PGD will be held on Nov 8 at 2.30pm and for MCS on Nov 10 at 2.30pm. The admission test for BS (CS/SE) will be held on Nov 12 at 2.30pm.

RESULTS: The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology, Karachi on Monday announced the results for BA (Private) Final Year and MA (Regular) evening part I annual examinations 2004 for Mass Communication and Statistics. The results can be seen on the varsity’s website at www.fuuast.edu.pk.—APP/PPI
