HYDERABAD, Oct 30: The Urs of Hazrat Syed Asghar Ali Shah alias Jam Datar will be held from Nov 7 to Nov 10 at Jam Datar, Nawabshah district. This was officially announced here on Saturday.
The celebrations would start at 9am on Nov 7 by laying a floral wreath on the shrine. Malakhro (wrestling), literary conference, concert, horse race and other traditional programmes would also be performed during Urs.
MUET: The Mehran Univ-ersity of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, on Saturday announced the roll numbers of successful candidates who had been selected provisionally for admission to the first year of engineering.
The candidates were advised to collect the admission letters in person from the registrar’s office from November 14 to 19 during the office hours and obtain roll numbers.
The last date for submission of the admission fee (Rs15,000) is November 21.
