NAWABSHAH, Oct 28: A delegation comprising relatives of a teacher accused of abducting a Hindu girl and notables carrying copies of the Holy Quran came to the house of the girl here on Thursday and requested her father to forgive the accused and reach a settlement.

The delegation was led by Ramazan Unnar and Allah Bachayo Unnar (uncle of Abbas Ali Unnar, the school teacher nominated in the FIR of kidnapping).

The delegation sought forgiveness for Abbas Ali Unnar and requested for a settlement.

The Hindu Panchayat committee members Mukhi Roop-chand Bhoorani and Mahesh Kumar, said that they had respect for the Holy Book and now they would not protest as the Unnars had confessed to the offence.

It was decided that the issue would soon be settled by Ameens whose names would be anno-unced by MNA Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, Ghulam Rasool Unnar and MPA Ghulam Qadir Chandio.
