KARACHI: Accused remanded

KARACHI, Jan 23: Two persons accused of kidnapping a Chinese and his son for ransom were on Wednesday remanded to judicial custody until Jan 30 by Justice Shabbir Ahmed of the Sindh High Court.

SHO Frere produced Khalid Jamil and Muhammed Iqbal before Justice Shabbir Ahmed, who is also administrative judge of the ATC. The SHO was also directed to submit a charge-sheet by Jan 30.

According to the interim charge-sheet, four accused, including two in custody, abducted Mr Wong and his son on Jan 6 from Hit Villas, 4 Sunny Side, Civil Lines, Karachi.
