TRAFFIC COLLISION: Another traffic collision took place in the middle of the Kohat tunnel on May 29. Blown-out lights, poor traffic management and ultra-loaded trucks in the tunnel are the causes behind such accidents. It is time the authorities came up with proper planning to tackle this issue. There must be designated areas for picnics, barbecues, bonfires and smoking. Further, there is already an established force in the form of 1122. It can be instrumental in tackling the issue if it is given the right equipment and enough powers.
