TOBA TEK SINGH: A youth killed the brother of his father’s alleged killer to avenge his father’s murder at Chak 188-GB on Tuesday.

Rajana police said one Muhammad Khalid had shot dead Jaffar Baloch over a property dispute three years ago. Khalid was in jail in the case. To take revenge of his father’s killing, Jaffar’s son, Muhammad Nadeem Baloch, opened fire on Khalid’s younger brother, Muhammad Imran, when he working at his farm. As a result, Imran was seriously injured.

He was being shifted to the Rajana Rural Health Centre when he succumbed to his injuries. Rajana police arrested the suspect.

ROBBERY: Robbers took away cash and other valuables worth Rs3.5m from a house in Chak 663/4-GB of Pirmahal.

Muhammad Younis informed police that the robbers reached his house by a car and broke into it. They held the family hostage at gunpoint and took away cash, gold ornaments and other valuables worth more than Rs3.5 million.
