RAWALPINDI, Oct 20: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Ehsan-Ul-Haq on Thursday visited the affected areas of Mansehra, Balakot and Batgram. At Balakot and Batgram, he visited facilities set up for the relief operation and treatment of injured persons. He also had an aerial view of the affected areas of Kaghan, Naran and Allai. values.

Speaking to the Army officers, he said that it was difficult time for the nation, but the response from all walks of life was resilient and courageous. There was a need for integrated and comprehensive approach to meet the enormous challenge, he added.

He ensured the quake affected people present at the relief camp that all efforts would be made for their speedy rehabilitation.
