Afghan shot dead

PESHAWAR: Unidentified motorcyclists gunned down an Afghan national and injured two others on GT Road here on Monday, the police said.

A Paharipura police station official said the incident took place near the children hospital wherein a person identified as Nek Mohammad, an Afghan national, was killed and two others were injured.

He said that they were on their way to Kohat Road when unidentified motorcyclists opened fire on them.
