HARIPUR, Oct 16: Three persons were killed in three shooting incidents within the city the other day. In the first incident, one Dilfaraz sprayed his close relative Tahir Islam with bullets within the precincts of Sadr police station. The motive for the murder was not known.

The second shooting also took place in the jurisdiction of Sadr police station when unknown gunmen attacked and killed Babu. The assailants managed to escape following the attack.

The third shooting occurred in Ghari Seri when one Nisar was gunned down by unknown persons over a land dispute.—Online
