RAWALPINDI, Oct 13: The ambassador of Ukraine to Pakistan, Dr Igor Polikha, has said his government will soon send a mobile hospital and relief goods worth of $2 million for the earthquake victims.

He stated this during a meeting with Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal and Minister of State for Defence Zahid Hamid here on Thursday.

The ambassador said the government and people of Ukraine were shocked and grieved over the loss of precious human lives and colossal damage to the properties caused by the severe earthquake.

He said his government would extend all possible humanitarian assistance to the affected people.

The envoy said the mobile hospital would stay for one month in Pakistan. Both the ministers thanked the ambassador for helping Pakistan in this critical time.
