PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government ordered transfers and postings of 12 officers, including six deputy commissioners, on Tuesday.

A notification issued from the establishment department said that Peshawar deputy commissioner Mohammad Ali Asghar had been transferred and posted additional secretary finance department, and retired captain Khalid Mahmood, who was awaiting posting, had been posted Peshawar deputy commissioner.

Akhtar Saeed Turk, additional secretary finance department, has been transferred and posted special secretary regulations at the establishment department, while deputy commissioner Mardan Mohammad Abid Khan has been transferred and posted special secretary planning and development department.

Habibullah Arif, additional secretary Zakat and Ushr department, has been transferred and posted DC Mardan, and DC Malakand Rehan Gul Khattak has also been directed to report to the establishment department. Suhail Khan, DG Food Safety Authority, has been posted DC Malakand.

Lower Dir DC Sadaat Hassan has also directed to report to the establishment department, and principal staff officer to chief minister Aun Haider Gondal has been posted Lower Dir DC.

Hangu DC Mansoor Arshad has been transferred and posted DC Khyber, while Mahmood Aslam, who was serving as DC Khyber, has been directed to report to the establishment department.
