Cycling: Punjab names team

LAHORE, Oct 10: Punjab has announced a 25-member cycling team, including 16 men and nine women, for the second India-Pakistan Punjab Games to be held in Lahore from Dec 21 to 27.

The teams will undergo training at a camp from Oct 15.

Teams:

Men: Haroon Rasheed (Wapda), Malik Mohammad Bashir, Taj Mohammad Jamali, Zafar Hussain (Army), Amjad Ali, Sakhawat Shah, Mohammad Saleem, Ghulam Abbas, (Sui Southern Gas), Mohammad Zahid Gulfam, Imran Sharif, Hafiz Mustanzar Nawaz (Railways), Allah Ditta, Ashraf Masih (Punjab), Siddiq Masih, Mohammad Ijaz, Sardar Nazakat Ali.

Women: Raheela Bano, Misbah Mushtaq, Ayesha Amin, Ghazala Abbas (Sui Southern), Anila Ayub, Ayesha Nazir, Madeeha (Railways), Irum and Sukhan.

Coaches: Chaudhary Mohammad Qasim, Shahid Hussain Shah.
