PESHAWAR, Oct 9: The Bishop of Peshawar, Munawar Rumal Shah, has expressed sympathy for victims of Saturday’s earthquake. In a message issued here, the bishop said the Christain community was deeply grieved over the tragedy which wreaked havoc in the NWFP and other parts of the country.
He said special prayers have been arranged for the victims. The prayer will be held in Saint Cathedral Church on Wednesday afternoon and Muslims have also been invited to attend.—APP
