KARACHI: Baloch group stages demo

KARACHI, Oct 9: The Balochistan Yekjehti Committee on Sunday staged a protest demo outside Karachi Press Club to express solidarity with Dr Imdad Baloch, who is on hunger strike unto death.

Protesters were holding placards inscribed with slogans for release of arrested Baloch youths.

Dr Imdad Baloch, whose hunger strike entered the seventh day, has taken this serious step to press authorities for the release of Dr Allah Nazar, Ali Nawaz, Akhtar Nadeem, Comrade Abdul Ghani, Ali Asghar Bangalzai, Saeed-ur-Rehman, Abid Saleh, Gohram Saleh, Jan Muhammad Mari and others.
