Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has said that frontline health workers will be the first to be vaccinated against the novel coronavirus once the vaccination drive starts in the province.
Addressing a press conference, Rashid said that so far, about 300,000 health workers have been registered and the authorities expect the number to go up to 500,000.
In the next phase, people above the age of 65 will be vaccinated, she said.
