KARACHI, Sept 30: The pre-admission entry test for admissions in the Dow and Sindh medical colleges will be held on Oct 23 at the Ojha Institute of Chest Diseases. Admission forms are available at all TCS outlets and will be submitted back at the same venues till Oct 8, an official of the National Testing Service (NTS), said on Thursday.

NTS is a testing body formed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to conduct entry tests for various professional medical and engineering colleges, he added. He said for the academic session 2006, students could apply for 219 merit seats each for the SMC and DMC and 40 seats on self finance basis in each of the college and further informed that this year, students having B grades in intermediate were also eligible to appear in these tests.—PPI
