KARACHI, Sept 29: Seven ships, including Ocean Peace carrying sugar, are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday, according to KPT sources. Berthing activity at the wharves was active where six ships, Star Inventana, to unload and load general cargo, Hyundai Advance, Kota Wangi, Y.M. Energy, Kota Teraju, to unload and load containers, and Ain Oussera, to offload sugar, were berthed

The departing ships were led by APL Cairo, Hyundai Advance, Shalamar, Darya Raag, and Fu Yuan Kou, while Morning Sky, Y.M. Energy, Kota Wangi, Ajman Trans, C.S.L. Asia, Serife and Kota Teraju are due to sail out on Friday.

Cargo handling activity at

the wharves was active where a total tonnage of 83,767 tons comprising 21,675 tons of export cargo, including 3,094 tons of sugar and 62,092 tons of import cargo, which also include 7,016 tons of imported sugar, was handled.

The following ships are due on Friday: Golden Express, Sagamore, Wan Hai-261, and Wester Muehlen, with containers, Jaipur to offload 90 trucks, and Long An Cheng, with general cargo.
