PESHAWAR: The town police arrested seven students of Islamia College University for attempting to block the Jamurd Road following a clash with a rival organisation in the varsity on Friday.

A student belonging to Pakhtun Students Federation (PSF) was injured during the clash.

A police official said the clash broke out between PSF and Khalil Students Federation. He said following the clash, PSF workers tried to block the Jamrud Road, but the police took into custody seven of them, forcing others to disperse from the scene.
