LARKANA: Unknown assailants gunned down a couple, sleeping on the rooftop of a school with their two children, in Hatti village near Larkana in the early hours of Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Ibrahim Jatoi, who served as peon at the school, and his wife, Farzana Jatoi. Their children escaped unhurt in the attack.
Police said the attackers fled after killing the couple, adding that the bodies were taken to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
