LAHORE, Sept 25: The death toll in Thursday’s twin bombings rose to nine after two more victims died on Sunday. Imtiaz, 31, and seven-year-old Saleem succumbed to injuries in the Services Hospital, taking the toll to nine; eight in Ichhra blast and one in the Azadi Chowk’s.

Planted in a bicycle, a bomb had exploded near a makeshift stall outside the boundary wall of Minar-i-Pakistan, and another device had gone off in the crowded Ichhra market.
