PTCL connection

Published August 23, 2020

OWING to the increasing demand for online classes and examinations being held online, as well as other chores, every citizen now is in need of a good internet connection to carry out daily errands.

I also am in need of a fast and reliable internet connection. To fulfill my need I went to a PTCL office on Aug 17 to obtain a landline connection at my home.

The staff present told me that all their portals were overbooked and refused to install a connection. I insisted with the staff to find a way as I was finding it difficult to attend online classes or do my assignments and they promised to oblige. They asked me to fill out an application and complete all formalities.

A week has passed since I completed all formalities but I am still waiting for a connection.

This is a request to PTCL authorities to install a landline connection at my home as my online education is adversely affected.
