Coaching course starts

LAHORE, Sept 19: Eighteen men and four women are attending the athletics Level-I coaching course which started at the National Sports Coaching and Training Centre on Monday.

All participants are from Punjab.

Similar coaching courses will be held in Islamabad (Nov 14 to 26), Peshawar (Dec 5 to 17), Karachi (Dec 21 to Jan 7) and Quetta (Jan 16 to 28) by the Athletics Federation of Pakistan with the collaboration of Pakistan Sports Trust and the Pakistan Sports Board.

Shabana Akhtar, Sajjida Naeem, Zahida Rasool and Rabia Malik are women coaches attending the course.

Men: Amjad Farooq Warraich, Muzaffar Ali Khan, Muhammad Fiaz, Yousaf Munshi, Ejaz Asghar Mughal, Asghar Ali, Mukhtar Ahmad, Abid Iqbal, Muhammad Akram, Bashir Anjum, Muhammad Rehan Sadiq, Muhammad Aslam, Abdul Ghaffar Gujjar, Kashif Mahmood, Amir Shahzad, Shabi Haider, Muhammad Mansha, Rauf Ali Bajwa.
