PESHAWAR, Sept 15: A high-level meeting on Thursday formed a committee to devise a master plan for the expansion of the Hayatabad Medical Complex. The body was constituted on the order of NWFP Minister for Health Inayatullah, who was presiding over the meeting.

The meeting decided to chalk out a comprehensive plan to regulate future expansion in the hospital.

The chief executive of the hospital heads the committee that includes the chief planning officer health, dean postgraduate medical institute, member management council of the hospital and representatives of works and services department, workers welfare board and others.

The committee will workout a detailed sketch for expansion work at the complex to avoid complications in future.

Secretary Health Abdul Samad Khan, hospital Chief Executive Prof Shad Muhammad Khan, Medical Superintendent Dr Muhammad Iqbal, Member Management Council Dr Ateequr Rehman, Chief Planning Officer Rahimzada and other officials concerned attended the meeting.
