Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has accused the government of "deceiving not only the nation but the entire world" by saying that the number of cases in the country was declining.
During a press conference, Ghani said that the number of tests being conducted per day has been reduced by more than half.
"If you conduct zero tests, the curve will be completely flat," he said.
