Softball celebrations

PESHAWAR, Sept 9: NWFP Softball Association (NWFP SA) will organise various activities across the province to celebrate the inclusion of softball as one of the discipline in the Olympics Games. The training and coaching classes in schools and colleges will be organised to introduce softball under following schedule.

On Sept 12 to 14 training and coaching classes will be organised in Pasban School, District Swabi and Iqra Model School, Village Yar Hussain (Swabi).

On Sept 15 to 16, the association has arranged the training classes in Hira Model School and Government High School District Mardan.

On Sept 17 and 18 besides show matches in Nowshera and Peshawar, training classes will be held in Government Public College, Nowshera and Shaheen Public School, Peshawar. —Bureau Report
