Talib named coordinator

LAHORE, Sept 8: Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has appointed former international Talib Ali as chief coordinator of national youth camp for the selection of Pakistan youth team.

A spokesman of the PFF said on Thursday that the selected teams will participate in AFC Youth championship qualifiers against Uzbekistan on Nov 23 and Tajikistan on Nov 25.

Forty players including six goal-keepers, 16 defenders, 10 midfielders and eight strikers are currently attending the camp at Lahore’s Punjab Stadium under the supervision of Muhammad Rasheed (Railways) and Muhammad Aslam (Army).—APP
