Emirates airlines have decided to resume operations from Dubai Airport but with additional safety protocols in place in order to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, The National reported.

Passengers will be provided a safety kit upon boarding an Emirates plane, in which they would find gloves, mask, hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes.

Under new rules, passengers will only be allowed to enter the plane from the back. For flights, whose duration is more than 90 minutes, an additional crew member will be onboard, who will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms every 45 minutes.
