QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani, Home Minister Zia Langove and Parliamentary Secretary on Minority Affairs Dinesh Kumar have condemned the terrorist attacks on security forces in Pir Ghaib area of Bolan district and Mand area of Kech district.

In a statement on Tuesday, CM Alyani condemned the terrorist attacks on security personnel and expressed grief over their martyrdom. He expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs and conveyed his heartfelt condolences.

He said that the Frontier Corps personnel had sacrificed their lives in the line of duty and their sacrifices would always be remembered. He said that the security personnel were laying down their lives to foil conspiracies of terrorists against the country.

Home Minister Langove also strongly condemned the attacks on security forces in Bolan and Kech districts. He said nefarious designs and cowardly attacks of terrorists could not weaken the strong commitment and passion of the nation.

He directed the authorities concerned to take all measures to arrest elements involved in the incidents as soon as possible. He urged the health department to ensure all facilities to the injured during treatment and prayed for their early recovery. “Enemies of the country want to destabilise Balochistan through terrorist activities because the province is moving forward in a progressive way,” Mr Langove said.

He said peace was vital for progress of the country, adding that peace would be restored in the province through better contribution of security forces and the people. He expressed sympathies with the families of the martyrs and prayed for early recovery of the injured.

Condemning the terrorist attacks, Mr Kumar termed them conspiracies of the country’s enemies. With such cowardly attacks the country’s enemies could not succeed in achieving their nefarious designs as the whole nation would foil their tactics and conspiracies with its unity, he added.
