Narrow win for HHS

KARACHI, Sept 6: City School, Aga Khan Higher Secondary School (AHSS), Happy Home School (HHS) and Falcon Public School won matches in the All-Karachi Inter-school basketball tournament at Aga Khan University Sports Centre on Monday.

Rafay Arif spearheaded City School’s win over DA Public School 29-28. Muhammad Harris scored six points.

Taha Hamid (10) and Adil Mehar (9) played well for the losers.

AKSS whipped Arts and Science Academy 34-17 thanks to splendid show by Sheharyar Zahoor (14) and Adnan Karim (11).

Happy Home School registered an exciting 26-25 win over Shah Wilayat Public School. Saad Ghaffar (14) and Umer Hussain (9) produced outstanding game for the winners. Samar Haider scored 10 points for the losers.

In another match Ramish Safa mustered 22 points to help Falcon Hose Grammar edge out Foundation Public 32-20.—APP
