KARACHI, Sept 6: A young man was shot dead by his cousin over a petty issue in Landhi on Tuesday. Police said that Mureed Shah, 25, was shot at by his cousin in Moeenabad Landhi No 2. He was rushed to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The suspect escaped following the incident.
SUICIDE: A man apparently committed suicide in Site.
Police said that Panwal Lal, 20, was found hanging from a roof hook through an electric wire inside a warehouse premises. His body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for post-mortem.
The victim hailed from Tharparkar.
ACCIDENT: A man died in a road accident on Mai Kolachi bypass on Tuesday.
Police said that a truck (LHD-2950) knocked down a motorcyclist Shahzad, 24, on Mai Kolachi level crossing. The injured was rushed to the JPMC.
