Government employees whether federal or provincial govts. get their salaries in time and at the beginning of every month but federal or provincial govts. have not formulated any policy as yet for employees of private concerns so that they should also get their salaries at the biginning of every month. There are uncounted private employees in the country who get their salaries of one month after passing of two months which means that private employers keep a month's salaries with them to roll over money for meeting day to day personal expenses and for international traveling. The date(s) of utility bills received by the federal government, provincial governments and private employees do not vary for government and private employees and thus it happens most of the times that the private employees have to borrow money from other family members or friends in order to pay the monthly utility bills without paying late payment charges. Similar is the case while paying schools fee challans.
