DERA GHAZI KHAN: An explosion partially damaged a part of the railwaytrack, around two kilometres from the Dera Ghazi Khan railway station.

Sources told Dawn that a deafening blast was heard on the railway trackon Sunday eveningin the Gaddai police precincts.A short while later, law enforcement agencies, including railway authorities, reached the spot.

DPO Akhtar Farooq told Dawn that the blast seemed like a terrorist attack to create fear. The explosion inflicted partial damage to the track, he added.
