I still remember horror stories of Builders who keep on increasing demands once a person is hooked. They are the worst cheaters and group of gangsters who drain unlawfully every rupee from common public. They shouldn’t be given these tax benefits, instead there should be a watch on them.

But does this decrease the cost of property, well no, it increased it, also as by great Khan construction sector is now an industry where is regulations ? where is price check ? where is insurance of property and QC mechanism and standardization of commercial and no commercial buildings ?, or is it just as it is, new way of legalizing corruption.

Property business is one of the most affected business in the country. The down fall of property business started after former federal minister Ishaq Dar increased FBR rates during annual budget, followed by the increase in collector rates by provincial govts. Ishaq Dar, federal and provincial bureaucrats were of the opinion that if taxes on purchase of properties will be brought / increased equivalent to sale prices of properties in the open market, it will increase the revenue of the federal and provincial govts, but that never happened, nor it will ever happen in the times to come, no matter how much taxes are levied or exemption is given in sales tax by the PTI, or any other future govts. in Pakistan The real fact behind failure of previous govts. of PMLN and present govt. of PTI is unless over all federal and provincial govts. taxes will not be slashed down significantly, there will be no boom seen in the property market, not now, or even in future any where in the country

Do they deserve any examption when their kitties are overflowing with billions..?!
