Azad Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Mathar Niaz Rana has said that the government has approved an ordinance to control hoarding in the territory.
Under the new ordinance, hoarding will be considered a non-bailable offence and hoarders will be punished with fines and imprisonment, Radio Pakistan quoted Rana as saying.
