Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab acknowledged the efforts of Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan, Punjab health minister Yasmin Rashid and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa health and finance minister Taimur Khan Jhagra in tackling the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

Replying to tweet showing the number of tests conducted in each province, which Wahab had tweeted out earlier in the day, he said: "It wasn't meant to criticise anyone but just a response to people attacking us.

"People like Taimur, Yasmin Rashid and Jam Kamal have worked very hard to address the situation. Unfortunately people who are out of the decision making process say things which should be avoided."
