Despite clear WHO guidelines, US insists everyone wears a mask

The World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines clearly state that masks should not be worn by the general public, only by health workers.

Furthermore, there is no evidence that ordinary masks provide protection from the virus. Yet, the United States have decreed that everyone should wear a mask, while Britain is yet to adopt a position, Guardian reports.
