KARACHI: The England Cricket Board and the Pakistan Cricket Board are in close contact over the future of the Pakistan cricket tour to England which is schedule to begin in July this year.

ECB Media Manager Kate Miller told Dawn News that “We are working with Pakistan to understand how the tour to England can work for both teams.”

On other hand Pakistan Cricket Board sources told Dawn News that “we will wait and see about their (ECB’s) stance and the same goes for Ireland and Netherlands Cricket Boards.

According to sources, a final decision on Pakistan’s tour to England is likely in the next few weeks England Cricket Board is also in discussion with all partners across the game.

Pakistan is schedule to tour the Netherlands, Ireland & England from July 4 to August 31. They will play 3 ODIS against Netherlands (on July 4, 7 and 9), two T20I against Ireland on July 12 and 14 and later 3 Tests and 3 T20Is against England.
